    Whiplash injury in March

Do you have a whiplash injury in March?

You don’t have to be involved in a car accident to sustain a whiplash injury in March, as any violent movement of the head can result in damaged neck ligaments and tendons. If you fell from a narrowboat which was capsizing, for example, you might well have a whiplash injury in March. It is also possible to suffer whiplash after a blow to the head or after a sudden jolt. This can happen at work or during a sporting activity.

If you are injured in an accident, you have to be able to prove that you were not responsible for it if you wish to make a personal injury compensation claim. If you are lucky, the whiplash injury will only be mild but they can be much more serious.

    Finding a personal injury lawyer

If you have been injured in an accident that you can prove was not your fault, you will need the services of a specialist personal injury lawyer. He or she can help you to build a case to prove that another person was to blame for your accident. You will need to find a lawyer who has the necessary experience and expertise you need to file your claim. For example, if you had an accident while on a narrowboat, you would need a specialist in this area of the personal injury claims law. It wouldn’t be a good idea to hire one who specialised in workplace accidents to represent you, for example.

If you have any difficulty finding an appropriate personal injury lawyer to represent you on a no-win, no-fee basis, contact us here at Accident Advice Helpline.
