    Whiplash from potholes

You could suffer whiplash from potholes if your car, motorbike or cycle hits a pothole in the road or bad road surface. Local councils are supposed to repair these problems immediately, however that’s not always the case. If you find yourself suffering whiplash from potholes, you should contact Accident Advice Helpline. Our team of experienced experts are on hand to take up your case and help you win the compensation you deserve.

    Suffering whiplash from potholes

If you’re a cyclist (for example), and you suddenly spot a pothole in the road, it can often be too late for you to do anything about it, – resulting in a road traffic accident. The consequences of such an accident can be horrendous, depending how and where you land. If you are thrown into the path f oncoming traffic for example, you could be lucky to survive.

Hopefully, if this happens and you are thrown from your bike, you might get lucky and only face minor injuries such as cuts and bruises, but if you are unlucky enough you could end up with broken bones or maybe even worse.

Contact Accident Advice Helpline and speak to our friendly in-house solicitors and they will help you to make an injury compensation claim against your local authority.

Why innocent victims do not claim compensation for pothole accidents

According to the statists, they say that only 3 out of 10 who sustain whiplash from potholes, or some other injury, do make an injury compensation claim. The only reason that we can come up with why they do not make a personal injury compensation claim, is because they think that cannot afford to, or that they can not be bothered with the stress and the hassle.

However, it is fine to just get on with it if you just have to pay car or bike expenses. But what if it was you that was seriously damaged and your life was radically changed? You are not so easily repaired, and cannot be replaced.
