    There is a certain whiplash accident compensation criteria for making a claim

    The criteria you must be able to fit in order to make a whip lash accident compensation claim is simple and self explanatory:

    • If the injury is because of an accident, it must have happened within the last three years, although there are a few exceptions to this rule.
    • If the injury is because of a violent crime it must have happened within the last two years, except in the case of minor where different rules apply
    • You must have been the innocent victim of the accident or crime
    • You must have needed medical attention for your injuries
