"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    UK compensation for injury claims

In the UK, compensation for personal injury claims are valid if they meet three conditions:

The accident was not your fault

The claim is made inside a three-year window

    Medical attention was required

The mechanism for UK compensation awards is that the claimant seeks the advice of a compensation provider or solicitor to see if their claim is eligible. Of course, litigation is not something people like to embark on too often. It is expensive and somewhat intimidating, especially if it is an unfamiliar world as it is for most people. Luckily these days, for victims of accidents in the UK, compensation is not subject to too many barriers thanks to the online services of compensation providers such as the Accident Advice Helpline.

Easy steps to make a claim

Take Accident Advice Helpline 30-second online test and see if your claim may be eligible. This costs you no money and very little time

Enter some details about your accident and get an estimate of what your claim might be worth. Again, it costs nothing to do this, but gives you an idea whether you want to proceed.

Start your claim online or call our helpline number on 0800 689 0500 or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile phone for more advice.

Pay no money upfront. We ask for no fees in advance. At the enquiry stage, if you do not wish to proceed, you have no obligation to pay anything.

If you do decide to start your claim, we will refer you to a suitable solicitor in your area who has expertise in your type of case.

If you have contact details of witnesses and any other information about your accident, it is all helpful.

You should keep all expenses you have incurred as a direct result of your injury and all information that may possibly help your solicitor make your claim for uk compensation.

    What it costs

Your solicitor works on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis, so even if you lose your case, you will not have to pay your solicitor’s legal fees.

If you are worried about running up cost, talk it through with your solicitor. He or she will explain their terms of business and how the fees work. If you are worried about incurring expenses from the other side, it may be possible to take out insurance to cover for that.

Most cases are settled out of court, but even if you don’t go to court, you will need to have an independent medical assessment.

    Payment of awards

Once an award has been made, Accident Advice Helpline partners endeavour to pay you as soon as possible. We don’t keep you waiting.

Our company has gained experience over ten years of dealing with uk compensation awards and pays out around £30 million per annum in awards. We are endorsed by Esther Rantzen, consumer champion and media personality. Call us free on 0800 689 0500 or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile phone for free, no obligation advice about making a claim.
