    Traffic accident advice

Accident Advice Helpline provides traffic accident advice

For all traffic accidents that were not your fault, the law allows eligible drivers, passengers or pedestrians to seek traffic accident advice for compensation claims. Road traffic compensation fundamentally exists to alleviate some of the losses you may have as a result of an accident that was not your fault, and to help you cope with the injuries.

Who can make a claim with Accident Advice Helpline?

It is not just drivers that have legal protection after an accident that was not their fault, as passengers and pedestrians can similarly make a personal injury claim, and the same rules apply to them all:

    • You must have been in an accident that was not your fault
    • You must have been injured in the accident
    • Your injuries should have been severe enough to need medical attention
    • The accident should have happened no more than 3 years ago

It can be difficult when considering whether your accident might qualify for compensation, but this is where we can help you by offering free claims advice with no obligation to go ahead with your claim with us.
