"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Stafford accident claims

If you get injured in an accident that isn’t your fault, your circumstances will change. If it’s a minor injury, you will have to make some small adjustments to your life. If it’s serious, you could have to postpone plans, take time off work, and more. Whatever the situation is, Stafford accident claims can be made through Accident Advice Helpline.

When can you make a claim?

To claim compensation, you must have been in an accident that was caused by someone else, and which led to your suffering injury. This can be physical or psychological. As long as there is evidence of your injury, it doesn’t matter, so seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Something else you should do as soon as possible is to get on the phone to Accident Advice Helpline. It’s always better to start a claim when everything is reasonably fresh in your mind, but there’s also a deadline for claims to be made: you have just three years from the date of the incident, unless you were a minor at the time (in which case, there’s an extension).

    Making Stafford accident claims

Getting started with Accident Advice Helpline is easy, because we have a 24/7 hotline. Call us whenever you like, and you can either speak to an advisor (if you’re calling during office hours) or leave a voicemail (if you’re calling out of hours). Our contact numbers are:

    • 0800 689 0500 for landline users
    • 0333 500 0993 for callers from mobiles

    What happens next?

When you speak to an advisor, your details will be taken, in confidence, and passed to one of our team of solicitors. They all work on a no win no fee basis, which is good for your peace of mind in the event that you don’t win your case. They’ll also work hard on your behalf to get you the payout you deserve.

Our approach has earned us the respect – and endorsement – of Esther Rantzen, the famous consumer rights campaigner. Few people know as much about client care as she does, and we’re immensely proud to have her on board.
