"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Esther Rantzen

South Northamptonshire no win no fee accident

If you have been injured in an accident that was not your fault, if the injuries you sustained required the attention of the medical profession, and the accident has been in the previous three years, you could be entitled to make a South Northamptonshire, no win no fee accident claim for compensation.

This is the law in the UK but is a legal right that only 3 out of 10 innocent victims pursue. There are various reasons for this but the main one seems to be that they are concerned about the costs and having to face a big legal bill if they do not win the claim.

No money needed for a South Northamptonshire, no win no fee accident claim

Because your claim would be a South Northamptonshire, no win no fee accident claim, or one anywhere else in the UK, no money is needed for the claim to be started, and no money is needed if the claim is lost.

Accident Advice Helpline takes the financial risk of winning your claim, and do not ask claimants to take any financial risk at all. This is how confident we are in our ability to win your claim, and why it is the only way we handle them. Plus, it does mean that we know everyone entitled to make a claim and has the option to do so without stress and worry over finances.

    The exceptions to the rules

The rules for making a South Northamptonshire, no win no fee accident claim are set in stone, apart from the time limits. There are variations to these, which allow for different circumstances, and these variations include:

    Open Claim Calculator

    • Industrial illness where you have until three years after the diagnosis of the illness to make your claim. This is because some of them can take many years to show themselves.
    • If the victim was below 18 at the time of the accident and no one else made a claim for them at the time, they have three years from their 18th birthday to start their quest for compensation.
    • If the accident happened at sea or in the air, the time limit is reduced to 2 years.
    • If the injuries are because of a violent crime, there is a 2 years time limit.

Of course, the courts of the land can overrule anything, including these time limits, but it is very rare that they actually do, and there has to be very exceptional circumstances for the claim being late for them to even consider it.
