How to use our Compensation Calculator

Here at Accident Advice Helpline (along with our solicitors in Stone), we attempt to make the process of claiming compensation as accessible and successful as possible.

One tool we have created for you to use is the compensation calculator and this is how it works…

    • Step 1: the process of compensation eligibility

This tool forms the first step in our comprehensive assessment process; all customers go through this process BEFORE their case is passed to our solicitor in Stone.

You use the tool by either logging on to our website or by calling us on 0800 689 0500.

    • Step 2: Answer the questions

The compensation calculator consists of a few simple questions, all ones which any legal team specialising in compensation claims will ask. It is imperative that you answer these questions truthfully at this early stage! Your solicitor in Stone will need further specific information before they can represent you in your case.

    Open Claim Calculator

    • Step 3: The results!

Once you have answered the questions, you will only need to wait a few minutes (seconds in some cases) to get the answer you are looking for.

    • Step 4: Your choice!

On some occasions we are unable to help you pursue compensation. There is nothing stopping you from approaching another law firm or even taking on the case yourself, but if you fail to meet our assessment criteria then we tell you, right at the start!

OR, it may say ‘yes’ which is great news as it is the first step of your compensation journey.

In any guess, there is no obligation when you contact Accident Advice Helpline. You are welcome to use of compensation calculator freely and without feeling compelled to take your claim further with us.

The choice of whether you claim or not is entirely yours and we promise not to pressure or badger you into making a claim.

    • Step 5: Going ahead

Your solicitor in Stone (a specialist in personal injury law) will contact you for further information about your case, gathering together all that is needed to create a compelling case for compensation.

They approach the ‘other side’ with the claim and they will fight your corner with one aim in mind – a successful conclusion to your case and you winning the maximum amount of compensation.

Why not take another look and see if you have an eligible claim for compensation? Call us on 0800 689 0500; we have our solicitor in Stone waiting to take your case!
