Things that shouldn’t happen
There is a long list of things in life that shouldn’t happen. These can include a host of events, from war to cancer, crime to poverty. But we can divide up this list into things that we can control – or rather things that should be easily controlled.
In this list are things like slips, trips and falls in Sutton – or at least the ones that could be easily avoided by people taking responsibility. The fact is that much has been done to try to safe guard the public from bad behavior (in many ways), but things still keep happening. Why?
Largely because it is an unfortunate truth that people and companies will try to get away with anything they think they can. In the case of slips and falls, they believe they can cut costs and just let the public pick up the bill when the worst happens.
Many slips, trips and falls in Sutton are down to negligence
The reality is that many slips and falls are simply down to negligence. The law says that those that control public areas, whether corporate or through organisations, are responsible for providing a safe hazard free environment. But this does not always happen.
This is a shame, because all these people who have an accident really didn’t need to, it could have been avoided with effort. And now they have to foot the bill and absorb all the costs of the situation. This is not right and must be stood up to.
Accident Advice Helpline tells them so
In a perfect world there would be no slips, trips and falls in Sutton and there would be no need for injury lawyers – but it is not a perfect world.
