A compensation claim can be made if you’re in a road accident in Glasgow and you get injured severely enough to need medical attention. If the accident was someone else’s fault, why not call Accident Advice Helpline?

We can process your claim

Accident Advice Helpline has over 15 years’ experience as a law firm specialising in personal injury law, working in partnership with 100% no-win, no-fee* solicitors who take on clients’ cases.

Our approach is characterised by:

  • Integrity
  • Dependability
  • Reliability
  • Accountability

Adhering to these fundamental principles means that we have built up a great reputation and grown to become one of the largest law firms in the UK. Dame Esther Rantzen, the noted consumer affairs campaigner, was certainly impressed – she became our patron!

What to do if you’re in a road accident in Glasgow

First of all, phone the police if you have to – and you probably will have to, because of your injury (and if anyone else is hurt). Call an ambulance if needed, too!

Secondly, get people’s contact details. Start with the other driver’s name, address and insurer details, and then move on to the witnesses. Anyone who saw the accident could prove useful, and their details should be sought.

Thirdly, take photos! If you have a camera on your mobile phone, you can take shots of the road conditions, and the damage to your vehicle – and to any street furniture. Later on, when you get home, you can take some photos of your injuries, too.

How soon after your road accident in Glasgow you should call Accident Advice Helpline

Some people think they need to call straight away to make a claim. You don’t! You should be concerned with your own safety first, and dealing with the police and your insurer.

But do call us as soon as you can, because you have a deadline of three years from the date of your injury. This may seem like a long time, but it will go very quickly – trust us!

Our lines are open and are staffed by fully trained, professional and friendly advisors. Call 0800 689 0500 from a landline or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile phone, any time you like – or text “claim365” to 88010!

If you’re curious about how much you might win if successful, go to the 30-second test on our website. This is a free compensation calculator that will also tell you whether you qualify to claim.

Other things that you will need to do to claim

You will also need to go for another medical test in order for your claim to be processed. However, since most claims can be processed by phone, you probably won’t have to go to court.

So call us now to start your personal injury compensation claim!
