    Plymouth car crash

If you are in a Plymouth car crash which was not your fault, and as a result you suffer a whiplash injury, then you should call Accident Advice Helpline so that we can assist you in making a personal injury compensation claim.

The injury whiplash can sometimes be made fun of — some people believe that it is not a real injury — but if you have ever suffered from it, then you will understand how real and painful it can be. It can be severely painful and disabling.

Whiplash is a condition from which most people will recover in just a few weeks, but from which some never fully recover. It can leave weaknesses in the back and neck, and cause other chronic pain disorders that leave victims in agony for the rest of their lives.

Whiplash is caused by the sudden jolting of the head either forwards, backwards or sideways out of its normal movement zone. This can then lead to damaging the ligaments and tendons in the neck, creating much pain for which the only thing you can do is rest and take painkillers.

If you sustain a whiplash injury in a Plymouth car crash that was not your fault, then you may want to speak to an injury solicitor about making a personal injury claim.

    The cause of whiplash

In the majority of cases, whiplash happens because you are involved in a rear-end shunt in a car, but it can happen in any way that creates the sudden jolting of the head: your head being knocked by a heavy object, falling over and banging your head, or falling off a bike or a horse. Whiplash is not a new condition that appeared with the invention of cars.

If you whiplash injury happened in a road traffic accident, then you should be asking an injury solicitor to start your Plymouth car crash claim.
