Personal injury calculator UK
If you are undecided about whether to proceed with a personal injury compensation claim, you are probably trying to learn as much as you can about the process. Of course, you won’t be able to afford to pay for expensive legal advice and so you’re looking for some no obligation, simple information. You will be interested to find out whether your claim is likely to be successful and how much money you are likely to receive. You may not be aware that this is quite easy to find out. One claims management company called Accident Advice Helpline has a unique 30 second test which works out which claims are likely to succeed. They also have a personal injury calculator which estimates the value of compensation. One of the most established claims management companies in the UK, endorsed by the TV personality Esther Rantzen, is Accident Advice Helpline.
Accessing the personal injury calculator
You can call Accident Advice Helpline anytime that is convenient to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 0800 689 0500 or from your mobile on 0333 500 0993. To use the unique 30 second test to assess if you have grounds to make a claim you just have to provide a few simple details about yourself, the incident in which you were injured and the injury. Even then, there is no obligation for you to go ahead with the claim if you don’t want to. This advice is without obligation.
Solicitors and the personal injury calculator
Accident Advice Helpline has a national network of legal partners (sometimes called personal injury solicitors) who will be able to guide you through making a claim for compensation. They will co-ordinate your claim and advise you of what is happening.
All the solicitors work for you on a no win no fee basis so you will not pay anything if your claim is unsuccessful. If you are successful, the fees can usually be claimed from the other party.
Processing a claim under the personal injury calculator
Very few cases appear in court and the majority of cases are handled over the telephone. You may have to attend one appointment with a local doctor for a medical assessment report to be prepared about your injuries.
The personal injury calculator cannot guarantee the exact amount of compensation that you will get because each case is different. It would be helpful if you kept a record of any financial losses that you have incurred as a result your injuries. The time taken for each claim to be resolved varies because every case is so different. However, your solicitor will handle your case efficiently and will work hard to get the maximum amount of compensation that they can for you.
