If you have been injured at work, on the roads, or in a public place then Accident Advice Helpline’s accident solicitors can help you make a claim for compensation.
To find out whether or not you are entitled to make a claim you can take our 30 second test, or give us a call on our free phone helpline.
The 30 second test will have the advantage of not only checking your eligibility to make a claim following your North Somerset accident, but will also give you a good indication of how much financial compensation our solicitors may be able to win on your behalf.
If you decide to give us a call then a member of our team will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help answer any questions or queries you may have. They can assist you in determining whether or not you can make a claim, and the best way for you to proceed with doing so. Once you have decided that you would like to move forward with getting the justice you deserve, then they can put you in touch with one of our accident solicitors.
Types of North Somerset accidents
Our accident solicitors can help with a wide number of different types of personal injury claims. The only criteria that we need to establish before being able to make a claim is that:
- Your injury was caused as a result of an accident
- The accident was not your fault (or you were only partly responsible)
- The accident occurred within the last three years (or it is no more than three years since you first became aware of the condition that you are claiming for if you have been diagnosed with an industrial disease)
If you were a minor at the time of your North Somerset accident and injury then you may be able to extend the time period allowed for making a claim. Your accident solicitor will be able to give you more information regarding this, but generally speaking if a claim is not made on your behalf at the time of the accident, then you can make a claim up to three years following your 18th Birthday.
In terms of the types of accidents themselves that we can assist with, if they meet the criteria as outlined about then our accident solicitors can help with anything from farm workers injured by runaway cattle, to teachers falling over trailing cables and construction workers injured on site. We can also help with road traffic accidents and clinical negligence cases.
