No Win No Fee Erewash Compensation Claim

Do you need to make a ‘no win, no fee’ Erewash claim after travelling by train?

With good rail links in most parts of the country, travelling by train can be an easy way to get around, particularly if you don’t drive or if you don’t currently have access to a vehicle. Although train lines are sometimes subject to delays, in general they do tend to offer a good service and it is often quicker to travel by train than by road.

Of course, when you’re travelling by train, you will need to take care in order to ensure that you’re not injured. Whilst many train doors won’t open whilst the train is moving, some still do so it’s important not to attempt to open the door or accidentally lean on the door handle.

Whilst you may take every precaution to try and avoid an injury, it may not always be possible to do so. If, for example, the catch on the door was broken, you could find that it swings open whilst the train is in motion. This is obviously extremely dangerous and you should pull the emergency cord immediately to stop the train and alert the driver.

If you were hurt whilst on board a train and it wasn’t your fault, there’s a good chance that you would be able to make a no win, no fee’ Erewash compensation claim. If the train company or driver was at fault and you make a successful no win, no fee’ Erewash claim, you may receive a considerable amount of compensation.

Of course, you don’t have to have been on board a train in order to make a no win, no fee’ Erewash claim. If you were injured whilst at the station or on the train platform, you could still go on to make a no win, no fee’ Erewash compensation claim against the person or company responsible for your injuries.
