Who we are
Accident Advice Helpline is a law firm specialising in personal injury cases. We work on behalf of victims of injury who were hurt through no fault of their own. Our nationwide team of lawyers offer a no win no fee* service, meaning there is no risk of a huge legal bill if your claim ends up being unsuccessful.
How does no win no fee* work?
If you have had an accident either at work, on the roads or in a public place, that wasn’t your fault, you have a legal right to be compensated for your inconvenience and suffering. If your claim is successful it will usually be an insurance company that pays your compensation. If the case cannot be proven to be the fault of someone else and ends up being a no win, no claim charge will apply and there will be no big legal bill for you to pay. If you would like to know more information about how the no win no claim charges system works, our team of advisors are here to answer any questions you may have on our freephone helpline.
What should I do before I call?
Following your accident, make sure you do the following;
- Get to a doctor or hospital if you’re physically able to, so any injuries can be assessed. Even minor injuries such as bruises, whiplash or shock should be checked out to ensure there are no other more serious problems
- Try to remember as much about the accident as possible. If for instance it was a motor accident, try to get as many witness details as possible and take photographs if you can of the accident and any visible injuries. These will all help to prove the accident wasn’t your fault
- Remember you need to make a claim within 3 years of the accident, but the sooner you call, the quicker we are able to process your claim and get you any money you deserve. Don’t forget even if your claim ends up as a no win, no claim expenses will have to be paid by you, so you have nothing to lose.
