"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Lawyer in Mansfield

There are many things in life that are certainties, even inevitable but there are major things that are unknown. Accidents can fall into all of these categories; hopefully you will never know the pain, anxiety and injury of an accident but, if you do, then you may be entitled to claim compensation. If so, you will need the right help at the right time – Accident Advice Helpline are the right people!

And where does the compensation calculator come?

Here at AAH, we believe in helping people as much as possible when it comes to knowing whether they have a compensation claim, and if you do, getting the right information for you to make the right choice for you.

With all our legal teams we developed the compensation calculator to do just that!

How it works… answer the questions!

To put it simply, by truthfully answering the questions the compensation calculator does some crunching behind the scenes and within 30 seconds, you will have an answer – in other words, it will tell you either “YES you have a claim” or “NO but call us to discuss further”.

But how does a personal injury lawyer get involved?

Here at AAH, if the calculator gives a positive indication then you will be asked for your considered opinion as to whether you would like to go ahead and make a claim for compensation. If you decide to go ahead, then your case will be given to a lawyer who specialises in your type of claim.

When do I need to decide by?

On one hand, there is no rush as you have three years from the date of your accident in which to make a claim for compensation. But, our lawyers advise that if you intend on making a claim that you do so as soon as possible after the accident. This way, details of the accident etc. will still be ‘fresh’ in your mind. It is amazing how quickly the memory becomes unreliable and forgetful!

Where can I use the compensation calculator?

There are two options when it comes to accessing this great toll from AAH; you can log on to our website and answer the questions online. You can then send the outcome to us and we will contact you at a time convenient for you.

Or, if you prefer you can talk to us by calling 0800 689 0500.

Start your compensation journey today and get the very best lawyer for you!

We do not have a personal injury lawyer in Mansfield working directly for us but this doesn’t matter, we can still help you claim as we are a national injury law firm that covers all areas of the UK. So if you need a personal injury lawyer in Mansfield or anyway make us your first point of call.
