If you are an investor with a compensation claim then Accident Advice Helpline may be able to help you today.
We can help people make claims for financial compensation if they have been injured as a result of an accident that was not their fault.
If the accident occurred within the last three years then we are confident we can help an investor with a compensation claim get the money and the justice that they deserve.
How it works
If you are an investor with a compensation claim then you can contact Accident Advice Helpline today to find out more. Generally speaking however, the process is pretty easy to follow.
Firstly you need to get in touch with us at Accident Advice Helpline.
You can do this in one of three ways:
- Call us on our free phone helpline number
- Complete our online enquiry form
- Take our 30-second test
No matter how you decide to get in touch with us the information you provide us will be held in the strictest of confidence. We can then provide you with detailed free advice with absolutely no obligation on you to proceed.
If, as an investor with a compensation claim, you decide you would like to make a legal claim, we will then arrange for a member of our team of in house solicitors to give you a call back and discuss your case in more detail. They will then arrange for all the necessary paperwork to be sent to you in order for you to start your claim.
You will need to provide a release which confirms that you are happy for us to have access to your medical records, as this will provide the basis of the evidence required for your investor compensation claim.
We will then need to get in touch with whomever you believe is responsible for your accident occurring in the first place. We will deal directly with their legal representatives and keep you updated either over the phone or in writing.
We will then arrange for you to see a medical expert who will independently assess your injuries and compile a report. This report will be used to help determine how much investor compensation you could be entitled to. Amounts will of course vary depending on the nature and extent of your injuries. However, we will also be able to take into account any loss of earnings caused by time taken off from work to attend appointments and out of pocket expenses that you have incurred (for example, travelling to a medical expert appointment).
The vast majority of cases won’t need you to attend court, but if you do, we can arrange for you to be reimbursed for this time and travel as well (so long as you keep detailed records and receipts).
Contact us today to see if we can help you get the financial compensation and justice that you deserve.
