"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Injury solicitors in Wing

At Accident Advice Helpline we pride ourselves on our track record of helping people to make successful personal injury claims. In doing this we believe we’ve been instrumental in helping many people who might otherwise have struggled to find help get the support they need.

So, if you’re looking for injury solicitors, we offer an affordable and easy way to get help.

    About us

We launched in 2000, three years after the government removed legal aid from people looking for assistance with personal injury claims. At the time our goals were pretty simple. To make it easier for people to make a claim, both in terms of finding information and also in paying.

    No-win, no-fee*

Because people were now faced with the task of paying their own fees, many people were at risk of being shut out of the process entirely. For this reason we – and some other companies like us – decided to look into the possibility of offering no-win, no-fee* deals.

This is a simple promise which means that you only have to pay your legal fees if we’re successful in helping you make a claim. For people who are struggling to make ends meet that can be crucial in making it easier for them to claim.

    Open Claim Calculator

We’ve continued to offer this ever since, even though some providers have scaled back their operations. The reason why we think it’s so important that we continue with such an offer is that we believe that everyone, regardless of their own personal circumstances, should have full access to the law courts in the event that they suffer an injury.

    Free advice

Another thing that we think should not cost you anything is advice. Naturally, when you go looking for a lawyer you won’t be certain whether or not you really do want to make a claim. Therefore, you won’t be too happy about paying consultation fees to any lawyer. Nobody wants to pay fees only to be told that they cannot after all make a claim.

This advice should be seen as something of a staging post as you work out what your strategy will be and how you intend to go about finding injury solicitors.

Once again, the advice comes entirely free of charge and we do not place any requirements on people to continue using our service into the future. The important thing to remember with everything that we do is that you, the client, are completely in charge.
