    Injury Compensation Claim Settlement

An injury compensation claim settlement is the amount of compensation that you are entitled to after an accident that was not your fault. Settlements can differ from person to person, due to the very different circumstances that all accidents or injuries occur under. At Accident Advice Helpline we try to make everything as clear as possible for you with free  advice about your personal injury claim.

Am I entitled to an injury compensation claim settlement?

There are three main questions asked when finding out if a person is eligible for an injury claim settlement, you can find these on our online 30 second test as well. They are:

    1. Have you been in an accident or injury that was not your fault?
    2. Did this accident or injury occur in the last three years?
    3. Did you seek medical attention due to this accident or injury?

If you answer yes to all three of these questions, then you should be entitled to receive compensation. There are some instances in which the time scale of three years may be longer, such as if you were a minor when the accident occurred.
