"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

Expert injury solicitors in St Albans

Are you looking to find expert injury solicitors in St Albans? If so Accident Advice Helpline offers an excellent option to help you find a lawyer. However, you are entitled to ask who we are and how we can be sure to offer you a better deal than anyone else.

    Our history

Accident Advice Helpline was created in 2000 with the aim of making it easier and more affordable for people to make personal injury claims. At the time the task of claiming for an injury had become significantly more difficult thanks to the removal of legal aid for people wanting to make a claim.

This decision was made because it was thought that personal injury compensation was not an important enough legal right and that the existence of legal aid meant some people were launching a claim with little regard as to whether or not they stood a chance of winning.

Removing legal aid certainly put paid to any overly optimistic claims, but it also prevented some people who had a very good case from standing up for their rights.
This is why our team at Accident Advice Helpline decided to offer another option.

    Our approach

We decided to offer an easy and cost effective way of finding advice, support and lawyers – one that didn’t leave people having to risk the security of their finances in order to make a claim.

    Open Claim Calculator

We did this by offering a concept known as ‘no win no fee’. What this means is that anyone who decides they want to make a personal injury claim doesn’t need to check their bank balance beforehand. They only have to pay money if they win their case.

    Great advice

We also offered an option of seeking out advice for free. We set up a 24 hour helpline which people could call to find out more about their case. One of our representatives could talk to them and find out more about what happened and what was needed in order to make a claim.

This advice comes entirely free of charge with no obligation attached to use Accident Advice Helpline when chasing any kind of compensation.

Normally this conversation would tell us everything we needed to know about your case, but in some instances it was necessary for us to schedule a medical assessment. This is important as it helps us find out more about any injury you have suffered and how it might affect your claim.

Finding expert injury solicitors in St Albans

We can also help you find the best expert injury solicitors in St Albans. We do this by looking not only at where people are based, but also the area of personal injury law in which they specialise. Many lawyers will only focus on one or two areas so finding someone who has experience which fits your type of injury can be very important.
