    Do you have a claim?

If you have been injured during an accident that wasn’t your fault, do you have a claim?

According to UK law if you have had the misfortune to have been hurt or injured and it wasn’t your fault you will generally be entitled to make a compensation claim if:

    • You were injured because of an accident.
    • You didn’t cause the accident.
    • You have needed medical attention and treatment for injuries you sustained.
    • Your accident happened within the last three years.

As a general rule of thumb, if you answered ‘yes’ to all the above statements you will be eligible to seek compensation from the negligent party. If you are experiencing any uncertainties whatsoever and still wondering do you have a claim you would be well advised to seek the advice and guidance of Accident Advice Helpline and in the first instance complete our 30-second test.
