    Compensation price list

Have you come across this article after looking for a compensation price list? Have you been injured through no fault of your own during the past three years? Do you want to be compensated for what happened to you? If you think that you have a claim, it is perfectly normal to be curious and want to see a compensation price list to see how much you will get.

No guarantees on a compensation price list

If you are going to look at a compensation price list, it is important not to build your hopes up, as there are no guarantees. First of all, the amount you are shown is only a rough guide that tells you how much you might get, not exactly what you will win. You could get less than the figure quoted on the compensation price list, or you could get more. Secondly, it is not set in stone that you will definitely win your claim in the event that you decide to proceed with it.

    The type of injury

The amount of money you get when you make a claim is dependent upon the type of injury you have suffered. You stand to win a fairly large amount of compensation if you suffer severe brain damage. The same is true if you are left quadriplegic as a result of your injuries, or if you have to have limbs amputated. Neck injuries also tend to lead to large sums of compensation money being paid out, but you would get less for a broken arm. The amount of money you win from a claim depends on the severity of the injury.

    Solicitor fees

Bear in mind that accident solicitors will charge a fee for winning the case on your behalf, and that will be subtracted from the money you win. We work on a no-win, no-fee* basis. This means we will not charge you if we cannot win your case, and there is no money to pay upfront before your claim is started.
