    Breckland personal injury claims

    Recent Breckland personal injury claims

Our hard working legal team have made a number of Breckland personal injury claims over the past year, following accidents on the road and at work, out about doing those daily chores, and even compensation for a lady who was injured while in hospital. We are one of the UK’s leading injury law firms and have the experience and the expertise to help you with your claim, no matter where your accident happened.

Our most recent Breckland personal injury claims were for:

    • Mr Davis after he was injured falling from scaffolding. Mr Davis is a self-employed roofer who working under contract with a company working on a hotel renovation. The part of the scaffolding that Mr Davis was on had not been secured properly. Luckily Mr Davis only fell to the next level – had he fallen to the ground his injury would almost certainly been fatal. As it was Mr Davis suffered a back injury that left him out of work for seven months.
    •  Miss Leate, a journalist who claimed compensation from her employers after she was injured on a building site. Miss Leate had been instructed to get a photograph of a condemned building to go with a story. Miss Leate lost her balance and fell onto rubble, fracturing her wrist.
    • And we got compensation for sport enthusiast Mr Lowe who broke his collarbone when he was knocked off his motorbike by a driver. The driver who hit Mr Lowe had not checked his mirrors – one of the main causes of motorbike accidents. Mr Lowe’s painful injury meant that he was unable to ride, or participate in any sports for almost two months.

    About your accident

You can claim compensation for any injury your received in an accident that was someone else’s fault. If you are unsure who is ultimately responsible for your injury then please call us and we will try and help you with this – liability isn’t always clear cut!

You have three years from the date of your accident in which to file your claim for personal injury compensation, so there is no need to rush – you can only claim once so you need to be sure that you are fully recovered, else you may not get all of the compensation that you would have been entitled to.

If you would like to go ahead and start legal proceedings then we are here to help you every step of the way; one of our advisors will talk you through the claim process, and answer any questions that you may have. Then you will be assigned an injury lawyer who will handle your claim under a no win no fee contract.
