Are you looking for compensation because you got injured while carrying out your duties as a member of the Air Force? Look no further, because Accident Advice Helpline will be pleased to assist you to make an Air Force accident claim. We’ll make the process as easy as possible for you too.

Why make an Air Force accident claim?

The idea of making an Air Force accident claim to begin with is something that you might not have considered until you got injured. After all, being a member of the Air Force is somewhat different from many jobs, such as working in an office or a factory.

However, though some of the situations you experience as an Air Force member might be dangerous, you have the right to work without being put at unnecessary risk, just like any other employee in any other kind of occupation.

So if you’ve had an injury because, for example, the correct safety procedures weren’t followed, or you weren’t adequately trained for a particular task, you could make an Air Force accident claim. You could find it useful to receive compensation for what you’ve suffered, especially because coping with an accident can be difficult.

    Who is entitled to claim?

In order for any kind of accident claim to be valid, there are certain criteria that must be met:

    Open Claim Calculator

    • The accident must have been someone else’s fault (i.e. the employer, for work accidents)
    • Injury must have been sustained (and there must be medical proof of it)
    • The incident must have taken place during the past three years

Please be aware that injury can be physical or psychological. So if you’re experiencing problems with your mental health after your accident, we could help you to make an Air Force accident claim. Also, the severity of an injury isn’t important in terms of your right to claim. A whiplash injury could lead to a claim, just as the loss of a limb could.
