Experts will be bringing workplace safety issues to life when they take to the stage at the mini theatre that forms part of their stand at this year’s Safety and Health Expo.
The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) has lined up a series of presentations on the latest industry advances that will be given to those visiting the event at London Excel between June 21 and 23.
Career advice available
Staff from the institution will also be on hand with tips for members about the development of their careers and advice for visitors about all aspects of occupational safety and health.
The presentations begin and 10.45am, continuing until 4.05pm on June 21 and 22 and until 2.05pm on the final day of the event.
Carolyn Issitt, the IOSH’s head of development, meanwhile, is scheduled to give a talk in the expo’s Training and Career Zone between 10.50am and 11.20am on June 21.
The work of the IOSH’s No Time To Lose campaign, which at the moment is focusing on efforts to reduce workplace exposure to harmful silica dust, will also be put under the spotlight.
