The European Transport Safety Council (ETSC) was founded in 1993 and is based in Brussels. The organisation’s aim is to reduce the number of injuries and fatalities on transport in Europe. The ETSC provides expert advice to the European Parliament, European Commission, and EU member states on transport safety.
The ETSC promotes effective measures in order to reduce transport accidents and casualties. It provides fact sheets, scientific reports, and newsletters, as well as organising several national and international conferences every year. It brings together over 200 experts in the field of transport safety from across the UK.
Have you been involved in a road traffic accident?
No matter how careful you are when driving in the UK or abroad, accidents can happen. If you have been involved in an accident where you were not at fault, you could claim compensation. Here are just a few examples of the types of injury you could sustain after a road traffic accident:
- Head injury such as concussion or brain injury
- Broken bones
- Bruises or lacerations
- Facial injuries
The aftermath of an accident can be a difficult time, and you may have needed time off work to recover from your injuries. By contacting a personal injury lawyer as soon as possible after your accident, you can find out whether you’re eligible to claim compensation. The amount you’ll receive will take into account your pain and suffering, loss of earnings and the cost of any medical treatment you need now and in the future. There is usually a three year time limit in which to make a claim, so it makes sense to take action as soon as possible.
Trust us with your accident compensation claim
Not all personal injury lawyers can say they offer a 100% no win, no fee** service as well as confidential, no-obligation advice – but here at Accident Advice Helpline, we can. Our team of professional personal injury lawyers have been dealing exclusively with accident compensation claims since 2000, and we’re recommended by our patron, TV personality Esther Rantzen. If you have suffered whiplash, broken bones or other injuries after a road traffic accident that wasn’t your fault, we believe you should be entitled to compensation for your pain and suffering. Call our freephone helpline and we’ll be able to tell you within 30 seconds whether you have a viable claim, or why not take the 30-second test on our website to see how much you could claim?
