Who is eligible to make a claim for compensation?
The answer is almost anyone has claim eligibility. Whether you’ve been affected by an accident at work, on the roads or whilst on holiday abroad, Accident Advice Helpline helps obtain compensation.
What are the qualifying criteria for claim eligibility?
The main criteria for claim eligibility is that the accident must not have been your fault. Accident Advice Helpline distinguishes between what are good claims and what are bad claims. Fortunately, the majority of claimants have bona fide genuine claims and Accident Advice Helpline is eager to help those who have suffered a misfortune which wasn’t their fault. Accident Advice Helpline is committed to helping obtain compensation for those who have suffered a wrong, and have suffered injuries or a loss of earnings.
If the accident is the fault of the employee or the motorist, then Accident Advice Helpline will not process their claim for compensation. These are instances where the employee has ignored or negligently failed to adhere to the company’s established health and safety policies, or where a motorist has not paid attention to the road.
There are unfortunately instances where a nefarious employee or motorist seeks to obtain compensation by wilfully allowing themselves to be injured in order to obtain compensation. This is not only morally wrong but also a crime.
Accident Advice Helpline is committed to ensuring that all law abiding and honest employers and motorists are not subjected to any unfair litigation.
When did the accident happen?
In order to be eligible for compensation obtaining aid with Accident Advice Helpline, the accident must have happened at any time within the last 3 years. If the accident happened more than 3 years ago then Accident Advice Helpline will unfortunately not be able to proceed with your claim for compensation.
