    Contacting Accident Advice Helpline couldn’t be easier. As well as having a compensation calculator and online claim form that you can use whenever you like, we keep our phone lines open round the clock. Despite the large volume of calls we receive, we’ll always be quick to answer and will do our utmost to provide you with the advice you need via our 24 hour helpline.

    Accidents can happen at any time of the day or night and we appreciate that sometimes you need advice straight away. We don’t close at weekends or bank holidays but are always ready to help you. Instant advice can potentially make a big difference to the success of your claim. We can advise you on things that you can do to secure evidence of your accident. This can be very useful as your case moves forward.

    Experiencing an accident can be highly traumatic. You might find it difficult to talk about what has happened to you. Our staff are specially trained to deal with difficult situations and will appreciate that it may be hard to explain. They’re ready to listen whenever you feel ready to call.

    Although it’s never possible to be 100% certain of the outcome of a claim, our highly skilled staff will be able to let you know straight away if your claim is valid.     After talking through your case, our staff will usually be able to give you an idea of how much money your claim is worth. This will help you to decide whether or not it’s worth pursuing.

    We know that many people find claiming stressful, so we’ll never pressure you to go ahead or to make a decision straight away. We operate on a no win, no fee basis so if you decide to pursue your case with us there will be no upfront charges. When we win a case we normally take our fees from the other side. If we lose, we don’t get paid at all – that’s how confident we are of our success rate.
