Documents you need to make a claim

If the police were called to your accident scene, you will need a copy of their accident report. This should prove that you were not to blame for your accident.

The other documents you will need are your medical records. These will be used, if your claim is successful, to work out how much compensation you might receive for your injuries. This is just one portion of the full amount you could receive.
