"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    No win no fee Attorneys

No win no fee attorneys are the best choice if you need to make a personal injury claim. Not having the worry about financing a claim means that more victims will claim the compensation to which they are entitled.

Personal injury claims have been around a very long time — some have been traced back as far as the 18th century. The problem then was that you had to be rich enough to afford the litigation costs, as there was no help for the poor if they needed to make a claim.

Then, around the same time as the introduction of the NHS, legal aid was given for some civil cases, personal injury claims included. This meant the really poor could make a claim with legal aid; the rich could pay their own costs, but there was still no way of allowing others the access to justice the law said they were entitled to in the form of compensation.

In 1998, legal aid was stopped for personal injury claims, then the 1999 Finance Act allowed the use of conditional fee agreements to be extended to them from 1st April 2000.  For the first time in the history of the UK, what the law stated was now accessible to all – if they had been injured in an accident that was not their fault, they could claim compensation.

So was born no win no fee attorneys. One of the first law firms to be established specifically to help victims in this way was Accident Advice Helpline, who have helped many thousands of victims successfully claim the compensation they were due. Without no win no fee, many of them would not have been able to make their claim, and in fact last year 98% of personal injury claims were financed this way.
