How to find the best no-win, no-fee Aldershot solicitors

It might be something you never thought you’d have to do. Getting involved with solicitors usually means spending a lot of money on legal fees. Money you haven’t got perhaps.

If you’ve had an accident and been injured, that’s already costing you a fortune. If the accident wasn’t your fault you might be feeling very aggrieved. Why should your life be turned upside down because someone else was negligent.

An accident can affect a whole family. It’s a traumatic event, even if you shrug it off and put on a brave face. It’s probably made you feel vulnerable and concerned about the future.

You need no-win, no-fee Aldershot solicitors.

    Accident Advice Helpline

If you’re unfamiliar with the phrase then let us explain. No-win, no-fee means our solicitors will work for you, to claim compensation for your injuries and expenses, without receiving payment until your claim is settled. You won’t have to put any money upfront to get your claim started.

You won’t be risking your finances either. If we can’t win your claim then we won’t ask you to pay our lawyer’s legal fees. It’s the best deal you’ll get anywhere.

No-win, no-fee applies to our experienced and hardworking lawyers too. They will work very hard to get you the compensation you deserve.

We are a well established law firm specialising in personal injury law. Our sponsor is Dame Esther Rantzen. She thinks we’re a safe and trustworthy law firm and will do what we promise.

    Your claim

You must have been injured in a non-fault accident in the last 3 years. If you were under 18 when you were injured then the 3 years goes from your 18th birthday. If you’re suffering from an industrial disease then it’s 3 years from the date of your diagnosis.

Your claim will be based on the severity of your injuries. On how they have affected your life and your prospects. You will therefore need to show medical evidence of this. It can be from your doctor or any specialist or consultant who has treated you. You may need to have another medical assessment as your claim progresses. Don’t worry, this will be to your advantage.
