Whether you have been involved in a car accident, a slip and fall, or a sporting incident in which you have received a blow to the head, you might end up suffering whiplash.
You may be aware that whiplash is not as serious as some injuries. Indeed, it is a condition from which you can recover fully within a matter of weeks, and you will probably need nothing more than rest and painkillers.
But you might find that you struggle financially whilst recovering. In such cases, many people would benefit from a whiplash non fault injury payout.
How do you get a whiplash non fault injury payout?
The first step is to call up Accident Advice Helpline and begin a compensation claim. It’s easy to get started, because we have a 24/7 hotline – and you can call or text:
- Dial 0800 689 0500 from a landline;
- Dial 0333 500 0993 from a mobile; or
- Text “claim365” to 88010.
What happens next?
You will speak to an advisor, who is professionally trained to guide you through the process of making a claim. As they talk you through your options, they will treat you with empathy and sensitivity, and take your information in confidence.
If you qualify to claim, your details will be passed to one of our solicitors, who will pursue it on your behalf. It is their job to deal with all the relevant agencies on your behalf, and secure you a whiplash injury payout if possible.
What happens if you don’t win your case?
You are not guaranteed to be awarded a whiplash injury payout, but in the unfortunate event that your case is unsuccessful, you won’t have to worry about paying fees. All our solicitors work on a no win no fee basis.
If you do win, you will receive your whiplash injury payout. This will be made up of a payment for the injury itself, as well as a sum for the reimbursement of expenses incurred as a result of the whiplash. Such expenses may include, for example, taxi fares, prescription charges, and home help fees.
Why choose Accident Advice Helpline?
We have a reputation for excellence in every aspect of what we do. Everyone who works for us must put the client at the centre of everything that is done as part of the claiming process.
Our work is underpinned by four key principles: integrity, dependability, reliability, and accountability. We have stuck to these core values since we began practicing as a personal injury law firm in 2000; today, as one of the largest law firms in the UK, we continue to stick to them.
The way we do things caught the attention of Esther Rantzen, who is probably the most famous consumer affairs campaigner in the country. She was so impressed by us that she became our patron!
