    Whiplash Injury Settlement

Are you looking for a whiplash injury settlement?  You’ve come to the right place, because at Accident Advice Helpline, we can get you the payout that you deserve.

First of all, we will tell you a little bit about the history of our company, and then we’ll give you some advice about what to do if you get whiplash.

    About Accident Advice Helpline

We began practising personal injury law in 2000.  We were interested in helping the victims of accidents that were not their fault, and which had caused them injury, to get the compensation they needed.

From the outset, we stuck rigidly to a code of conduct characterised by integrity, dependability, reliability, and accountability.  As a result, we are now one of the largest law firms in the UK.

If we take on your claim, our aim is to get you a settlement, and do things properly from the moment you call us to the moment you receive your payout.

What to do if you get whiplash

If your first priority should be to see a doctor.  It is easy for a GP to diagnose whiplash. No complex tests are needed; the symptoms alone are enough for a diagnosis.

The symptoms are usually pain, stiffness, and tenderness in the neck.  If you get whiplash, you will find it difficult to move your neck, too, and you might also experience headaches, dizziness, and nausea.

When you’ve seen the doctor, get a whiplash injury settlement

The next step is to call Accident Advice Helpline as soon as possible, so as to get your whiplash injury settlement.

It’s never too early to call us.  In fact, it is a good idea to get started as soon as you can, because there is a deadline of three years from the date of your accident, by which you need to make your claim!

You also don’t want to get into too much financial trouble and be waiting a long time for your whiplash injury settlement.  You may need to take some time off work to recover, and this could cause you to lose money; you may also need to hire services, such as a home help.  Extra expense on top of reduced income can be a problem!

How to get in touch with us

Simply dial 0800 689 0500 from a landline, or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile, and speak to an advisor straight away.  Our lines are open 24/7, so you can call whenever you like.

Alternatively, text “claim365” to 88010 and someone will get back to you.

Your case, if you qualify to claim, will be handled by a no win no fee solicitor.  You will also receive only the best client care from everyone at Accident Advice Helpline.  Our customer service is so good that Esther Rantzen gave us her endorsement!
