Whiplash injury in Lincoln’s Inn Fields

Why do some people not claim compensation for their whiplash injury in Lincoln’s Inn Fields?

In the UK, it is estimated that every year there are millions of pounds left unclaimed in compensation for a variety of personal injuries, including work-related injuries and illnesses.

Out of every ten eligible cases for compensation, it is thought that only three people will actually go on to claim the money to which they are entitled. Why?

Why some people do not claim compensation

    It is not compulsory

There is no obligation on the part of anyone injured to claim compensation — it is down to personal choice. But here at Accident Advice Helpline, we just want to make sure that you are making the choice not to claim for the right reasons for you!

Hence, we operate a no obligation policy; if you do contact us on 0800 689 0500 and you find out that you have a claim, but decide against proceeding, we promise – guarantee, in fact – not to pester you with phone calls, emails, etc.

Some people do not realise they are entitled to claim

Many years ago, people did not realise that this course of action to claim compensation for a whiplash injury in Lincoln’s Inn Fields was open to them. Over the years, with dogged determination, this has changed, and more people are now thankfully aware that they can claim.

However, we still wonder here at Accident Advice Helpline if some people are still missing out on the financial justice to which they could be entitled. As a result, we continually update our website so that it is a comprehensive online resource that people will come across, informing them of their right to claim.

Some people do not believe in claiming compensation

This is a personal and subjective opinion, entirely down to an individual’s prerogative. However, not all whiplash injuries are ‘mild’; a small percentage of people end up paralysed, the injury is that severe. Other people who suffer a more ‘moderate’ whiplash injury in Lincoln’s Inn Fields find that they are plagued by pain and inflammation for many years after the accident, which in all honesty never really goes away.

Other people suffer a very light injury, which is more of an inconvenience and a nuisance; it may mean a night or two of lost sleep and a prescription for medication, but they feel that it does not warrant a claim for compensation.

    The decision is yours!

But before you close the door completely on claiming compensation for your whiplash injury in Lincoln’s Inn Fields, why not give us a call anyway, just to make sure? 0800 689 0500.
