    Whiplash injury in Lessening

How to claim compensation for your whiplash injury in Lessening with Accident Advice Helpline!

Claiming compensation is something many of us thought we would never do, certainly not for a whiplash injury in Lessening. However, don’t underestimate the impact of a whiplash injury on you and your life; some people find it takes many months for the pain and aching to completely subside.

Here at Accident Advice Helpline, we have worked on behalf of thousands of customers to claim compensation for a whole array of different personal injuries, caused in many, many ways, BUT all compensation cases start the same way:

    Assessment

Not like an exam in school, but just as essential! Before making a claim for compensation, we need to know that you have an eligible case.

When we say eligible, we mean it needs to meet all of the very important criteria laid down in personal injury law. These different points in personal injury law are absolute – if your case does not meet them, we cannot help you pursue compensation.

    The criteria are:

             i.            The accident must not have been your fault – many claims for whiplash injury in Lessening are as the result of car accidents, in which the vehicle ran in to the back of the victim, violently jolting their head and neck back and forth. Clearly, being rear-ended by another vehicle is not your fault. However, there may be other instances where this might not be as clear cut – but you may still have a claim! It is important to talk to us – call 0800 689 0500.

ii.            You MUST have received medical attention for your injury – you cannot self-diagnose your whiplash, even if it is ‘obviously’ that! You must seek medical attention. This can be from your own doctor or the local hospital. Whiplash victims are usually x-rayed, for example, to check for fractures etc in the neck and you will no doubt need painkillers too. Without a diagnosis and treatment, you will be unable to continue your claim with us here at Accident Advice Helpline.

iii.            It must be a fairly recent injury – unfortunately, there is a time limit when it comes to making a claim for compensation. The clock starts ticking on any potential claim for compensation for your whiplash injury in Lessening from the date you were hurt! It is impossible for us to make a claim outside of this three year time frame (there are only a few exceptions and unlikely to apply to claims of this nature).

To make a successful claim your case needs to tick all three of the above criteria; if it does, you could have a claim.

Claiming compensation for a whiplash injury in Lessening with Accident Advice Helpline could be straightforward; to start your claim, call us on 0800 689 0500.
