    Whiplash Claim Calculators

Whiplash is caused by a sudden ‘acceleration and deceleration force’, in other words, a sudden force that snaps the head forward and backward. This type of personal injury is usually associated with rear-end vehicle collisions. Whiplash causes pain and discomfort that can last for a few weeks to months (in some severe cases, much longer). If you’ve suffered whiplash as a result of an accident, you’ll be aware of how painful and disabling an injury it can be.

If you’ve suffered whiplash as a result of an accident that wasn’t your fault, you could be entitled to compensation. Whiplash claim calculators can be used to tell you within seconds if you have a claim. We developed this 30 second test to evaluate the answers customers give to a set of simple questions. Our own injury calculator is one of the best whiplash claim calculators available, and it’s free to use.

What whiplash claim calculators will tell you:

i). It will give you an idea of what you can claim for. This includes the personal injury you suffered as an immediate result of the accident (that is, the whiplash). But, you can also claim for any additional costs you paid out for. Possibly, you may have had ‘prescription only’ pain relief. Prescription charges are made per item; 2 or 3 items every few weeks will soon add up financially. You can attempt to claim all these costs back.

ii). It’ll tell you how much you could possibly claim. However, there are no guarantees that you will win this initial figure.

Once you’ve completed the whiplash claim calculator – and it tells you that you have an eligible claim – here at Accident Advice Helpline, we’ll put you in touch with one of our legal partners. We work with over 200 legal teams based across the UK. All our solicitors must reach a high standard of legal practice, especially in the field of successfully claiming compensation.
