Slips, trips and falls are a common occurrence and in most cases, they are caused by someone else’s carelessness. How to go about making a accident claim if you have been the victim of a fall in Moray
You will only be able to bring a claim if you can prove that:
- The person or organisation you wish to claim had a responsibility to protect you from slips, trips and falls
- They failed to carry out their duties, for example, they did not comply with health and safety rules
- Their failure caused you to be the victim of a fall in Moray and/or sustain financial losses
