    How long does it take them to process a claim?

    Each claim is different. Where the blame and the amount of compensation being asked for is not in dispute, the claim will usually be settled relatively quickly. However, if there is any disagreement over who was to blame for the accident, or if you cannot agree on the amount of compensation, the claim can take longer.

    The Civil Procedure Rules set out the maximum length of time that a claim can take to process – and that time varies depending on the value of the claim. UK specialists personal injury solicitors such as will be able to advise you how these rules apply to your own compensation claim.
