"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Train accident attorney

At Accident Advice Helpline, we know that finding a good train accident attorney can sometimes be a challenge. Train accidents are a lot rarer than road accidents so fewer people specialise in them, but of course, when they happen, they can be devastating. Fortunately we do have some specialists working as part of our team, and if you’ve been injured in this way, we’ll do our level best to help you. Just give us a call and tell us about what happened. We’ll usually be able to let you know straight away if you have a legitimate claim, and if you want us to, we can put you in touch with a train accident attorney from our nationwide team straight away.

    When is a claim legitimate?

If you’re unsure whether or not you have a claim, you can use our simple claims calculator to find out. The rules are really very simple. A claim can only be made if you’ve been treated by a doctor for your injures, so that it’s possible to prove how the accident affected you. It can only be made if the accident was someone else’s fault, but as long as you were following standard safety advice (like not sticking you head out of the window when the train was moving), you should be all right. Finally, there is a time limit for claims of three years for adults. If a child is injured, you can make a claim on their behalf or the child can claim directly between the ages of eighteen and twenty one.

How can a train accident attorney help me?

Having an expert on your side can give you a big advantage over claimants relying on generalist lawyers. This is because the law relating to train accidents is quite complex and success relies a lot on your representative’s familiarity with how similar cases have been judged in the past. Often, however, people hesitate to seek out an expert lawyer because they’re worried about how much it will cost. At Accident Advice Helpline there’s no need to worry in this way. All our team work on a no win, no fee* basis, so there won’t be any big upfront charges and you can be confident of getting excellent representation regardless of your financial situation. We will take care of all the negotiations and paperwork surrounding your claim and we’ll do our utmost to ensure that you are properly compensated.

If you want to discuss your claim in more detail with an adviser then dial 0800 689 0500 from your land line, or 0333 500 0993 from your mobile.
