    Getting back to normal after an accident and how to make injury claims

    After a serious accident or injury, it can be difficult for you to get back to normal. Not only are you dealing with the physical repercussions of your accident, but there are also practical, financial and emotional things to deal with as well.     • Get away. If you can take some time out to go on a short break, or weekend away, this can help to put some distance between you and what has happened. You can use this time to heal emotionally and physically, and will feel more able to cope when you return.
    • Speak to loved ones. If you can talk to your loved ones about how you are feeling then this will help you to feel more in control and more able to cope with the recovery process.
