Making a compensation claim for a tendon injury

A tendon injury claim is a simple procedure and much the same as other injuries when it comes to making a claim.  Claiming for a tendon injury is straightforward and you don’t need to be a professional sports person to make a claim. If somebody else is at fault then you might be able to construct a claim for compensation.

It is uncomplicated to use a personal injury solicitor, who will claim and pursue a compensation claim for your injuries. Even though basic risks are normal in sport in particular, you could be entitled to make a claim if you suffered and it is someone’s fault. Tendon injury claims can be problematical and sometimes complicated to pursue. So it is good idea to work with someone who is knowledgeable and who will stay with you every step of the way. Take or 30-second test to see if you can make a claim. Alternatively give the team a call on 0800 689 0500 or from your mobile on 0333 500 0993.

Collecting evidence for your injury claim

Solicitors need as much proof as you can lay your hands on to support a claim and for a tendon injury claim even more so, due to the ambiguity of whether or not there are applicable grounds to make claim. For example, if you suffer injury to your tendon after taking a tumble on a mislaid floor then you must take pictures of the site to establish that the surface is dangerous, so caused your injury.

    Can you claim?

If someone else is at fault for your injury then there is every chance that you are eligible to make a claim for personal injury compensation. You might need long term support and not be able to carry out your duties at work in the same way and having the benefit of financial support will give you that extra layer of support at a time when you need it most.  You can even claim if you are just watching a football match and are injured due to the irresponsible behaviour of someone else. There are many different ways that a tendon injury claim comes about and our specialist staff at Accident Advice Helpline are trained to help you with every step of the way as you go through the process of claiming what is rightfully yours in compensation for your injury.  We understand all too well how much lives can be affected by the impact of an unexpected change in circumstances and endeavor to get you back on to normal as soon possible.
