"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    St Albans Accident Claim Solicitors

Claiming with our St Albans accident claim solicitors

If you have been injured in an accident that wasn’t your fault and are thinking about claiming compensation then our St Albans accident claim solicitors can help you.

Like all of the solicitors who work for us, our St Albans accident claim solicitors work under no win no fee* contracts, so you don’t need to stretch your finances any further, it will cost you nothing to get your claim started, and you won’t have to pay anything at all if your claim is unsuccessful.

Our solicitors will also work hard to make sure that the claim process is quick, and stress free – we know that you just want to concentrate on getting better and don’t want a lengthy, complicated legal case. Our solicitors are experienced professionals, who will do everything that they can to get you your money as quickly as possible.

But first, you may want to check that you can claim! If someone else was to blame for your accident, and the accident took place in the past three years then you probably can, but you can find out for sure by calling our helpline on 0800 689 0500 or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile phone and speaking to one of our advisers. Our advisers are friendly and trained to answer all of your compensation questions, and for free!

    Your claim

You can claim compensation for any injury, it doesn’t matter how serious it was, providing that you have been seen by a medical professional.

    Open Claim Calculator

You can also be compensated for any financial costs, or losses that your accident/ injury has caused you, so make a note of these so you can tell your solicitor when you come to claim. These costs could be things like lost earnings, travel expenses and medical costs.

    •  If you would like an idea of how much your accident claim might be worth, use the 30 Second Compensation Calculator tool on our website: www.accidentadvicehelpline.co.uk

Personal injury compensation is non taxable but if you have received state benefits to help you through your recovery period you may have to pay that money back. Your solicitor will be able to tell you more when you come to claim.

Your accident claim will probably be agreed in an out of court settlement, it is quite rare for accident claims to make it as far as court. This does not mean that you will get less money; some claimants actually get more than they would had they gone to court! It does meant that you will get your compensation money more quickly, and that you won’t have to attend a court hearing, so if our St Albans accident claim solicitors recommend settling for a sum, you should take it!

Whatever happens when you claim, our St Albans accident claim solicitors will be working hard to make sure that your claim is successful.

To find our more about making an accident claim, call free on 0800 689 0500 or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile phone
