It varies from case to case, but personal injury claims are common and most are dealt with quite quickly. If you claim with us, our Southend on Sea accident claim solicitors will do their best to get your claim through the system as quickly as possible. They should be able to give you an idea of how long it will take when you speak to them.

    Can I get legal aid?

No, afraid not. The UK Government stopped legal aid for personal injury claims in 1998. But our Southend on Sea accident claim solicitors will handle your accident claim under a no win no fee* contract. This way you will still not need to worry about the financial aspects of claiming as everything will be taken care of at the end. You don’t have to pay a penny if your claim is unsuccessful though so you have nothing to lose!

How much compensation will I get?

There aren’t set amounts of compensation, every claim is different because every accident is different! But you can get an estimate of how much your claim is worth by using the handy compensation calculator tool on our website: www.accidentadvicehelpline.co.uk

Can I claim for my child?

Yes you can claim on behalf of your children if they are under eighteen and can’t claim themselves.

Can I claim personal injury compensation for an illness?

Yes, our Southend on Sea accident claim solicitors can help you claim for an illness, an injury or a psychological condition.

Will I have to go to court?

Most of the claims that we handle here at Accident Advice Helpline are decided in out of court agreements so there is every chance that yours will be too.

Will I have to go to a medical?

You may have to attend a medical, so that a specialist can get an assessment of your injury – so that you get the right amount of compensation!
