    What Happens Next?

    Once our solicitor in Street establish that you do have a claim for compensation, we need to speak with you (over the phone) to gain as much information as we can about your accident, such as;

    • Who was involved
    • Why did it happen
    • Who was there
    • What injury did you receive
    • Did you seek medical treatment
    • Details of the person(s) responsible

    Our solicitor in Street will take this information and begin to build your case. We will decide on a compensation amount which we feel is fitting for your accident, injury and suffering, we will then take this amount to the person accountable for the accident and offer them the chance to settle the matter out of court by either paying you the full amount we have asked or making what we would consider a reasonable offer.

    If the above is not the the satisfaction of our solicitor in Street then we will then take the person responsible to court. They will then have to pay their own court fees, take time out of employment and risk the chance of their negligence becoming public knowledge, this of course would be terribly damaging for them and is the main reason as to why in court settlements are extremely unlikely.

    You, however, do not have to worry about a thing. We have every angle covered for you at Accident Advice Helpline and are fully recommended by UK Consumer Champion, Esther Rantzen for our genuine and honest methods. Our solicitor in Street will also provide you with a Reimbursement Service which is how you can claim back any out of pocket expenses which relate to your accident – in addition to your compensation.

    We are a fully accredited law firm and recognised by the law society.
