You don’t need an expert solicitor in Keynsham

If you have been injured in an accident that can be proven not to have been your fault, and you live in Keynsham, you may be wondering how to go about making a personal injury compensation claim. You may be worried because you can’t find an expert solicitor in Keynsham to help you. There’s no reason to worry though, as you can simply contact us and let us handle a claim for you.

    Could you make a claim?

Take our 30 second test and find out if you are eligible to make a claim. This test will establish your eligibility for making a claim when you answer a few simple questions regarding your accident and the extent of your injury.

Talk with one of our expert advisors and explain how your accident happened. He or she will be able to tell you if you have a valid claim to make.

If you do have a claim to make you could begin the claims’ process while you are on the phone. You are under no obligation to do so, however.

You really don’t need to hire an expert solicitor in Keynsham, just take advantage of our no win no fee services.

How much compensation may you get?

Unfortunately, this is not always an easy question to answer at the outset of a claim as the amount of compensation you are awarded will depend on a variety of factors.

Your solicitor will be aware that compensation can be divided into two parts, firstly, compensation for the physical injury you have had, which includes pain and suffering. You may have been in pain for a number of weeks or required surgery or physiotherapy.

You will also be entitled to damages, which your solicitor will calculate on your behalf and which includes out of pocket expenses and loss of earnings.

The severity of your injury will have an impact on how much pain and suffering compensation you may receive. For example, a minor ankle injury caused by a trip which results in minimal pain may result in a compensation amount of £3,600. A more serious injury such as a tear which requires medical intervention will be awarded more money, with injuries needing surgery and the securing of metal pins or plates commanding compensation up to £45,000.
