    Proficient personal injury solicitors

Accident Advice Helpline is a leading personal injury law firm which offers the opportunity to find proficient personal injury solicitors throughout the UK who can help you win compensation for your injury. This article will look a little more deeply at who we are and what we do.

    Our history

Accident Advice Helpline first came into being in 2000. Our initial goal back then was to make it easier for people to find a lawyer to help them with their personal injury claim.

We feel our service arrived at a good time. The removal of legal aid placed financial pressures on potential claimants. Legal aid had been a safety net – something which ensured everyone, no matter what their financial status was, could access the law courts to get the justice to which they were entitled.

Unfortunately, there was a perception that legal aid had been abused with too many people looking to use it to finance frivolous cases. However, the effect of removing legal aid was to make it more difficult for many people to get justice for their injury.

Therefore we offered another option which we call no win no fee*. This was a very simple deal between us and our clients which said: “If we can’t help you win your case you won’t have to pay a single penny.” You really can’t say much more than that. This was key to our service when we first started up at the turn of the century and it continues to be so today. This is our commitment to you that, no matter what happens, you’ll only have to pay if you win.

How to find proficient personal injury solicitors

Another key ingredient in our offering was our ability to find solicitors throughout the UK. We wanted to make it possible to access the same great service no matter where you are in the country. This meant that if you were based in the middle of London or the North of Scotland, you can still call us up and speak to a member of our team about anything you want. He or she will spend time listening to your case before providing you with all the advice and support you need to take your case forward.

However, finding proficient personal injury solicitors does not mean we skimp on quality. We have so many solicitors on our books that we can find people no matter where you are based who will offer a truly outstanding option for you in making your claim.

We’ll find people who have real experience in your type of claim to maximise your chances of success.

So, to find the very best personal injury solicitors, come and talk to us. You can reach us on 0800 689 0500, or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile.
