Accident Advice Helpline are a law firm specialising in personal injury compensation.
What is personal injury compensation?
Personal injury compensation is compensation for accidents or injuries that you may have been involved in that were somebody else’s fault. These accidents can happen anywhere – at work, at home, or on the road – but you can only claim for accidents that took place in the past three years.
Personal injury compensation is designed to help people who have been in accidents to cover the costs of medical fees and time away from work, as well as to compensate them for losses they have incurred as a result of the accident.
What is a personal injury?
If you’re asking yourself, ‘What exactly is a personal injury?’ the answer is: many injuries may count as a personal injury. If you have sustained a broken or cracked bone, damaged muscles or ligaments, lost a limb, or dislocated a joint, you may be eligible to claim compensation for the accident that you suffered your injuries in. The more severe your injury, the more compensation you may be able to claim with our help.
Can I claim for medical negligence?
Yes, you can claim for all sorts of accidents including medical negligence. While some of the most obvious examples of medical negligence might be an operation or procedure which has gone wrong, more commonly medical negligence might simply be a misdiagnosis which led to a delayed correct diagnosis which indirectly caused your injury or an existing condition to worsen.
If you’re not sure whether your accident or injury makes you eligible to claim, don’t worry. You can use our 30-second test on the right of this page to find out more about whether you may eligible to claim and how much you could claim, or you can simply call our helpline and speak to an expert adviser, who will answer all of your questions about claiming compensation with Accident Advice Helpline.
