"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Pedestrian accident lawyers

If you have been involved in an accident with a vehicle, and you were a pedestrian, then you should speak to one of Accident Advice Helpline’s pedestrian accident lawyers today.

You might be entitled to make a claim for compensation. If that’s the case, then you will want to speak to an expert to ensure that you get all of the financial compensation that you are entitled to.

    Contact Accident Advice Helpline today

You should contact Accident Advice Helpline today and speak to one of our pedestrian accident lawyers immediately about making a claim.

The law dictates that you must initiate a claim within three years of the date of the accident which caused the injury for which you want to claim. If you fail to make a claim within this time line then our pedestrian accident lawyers will no longer be able to offer you any help.

There are some exceptions to this rule, but we would still advise you to contact our pedestrian accident lawyers to find out if you can apply for an extension before you possibly miss the chance.

You can get in touch with our pedestrian accident lawyers in one of three ways:

    1. You can give us a call on our free phone helpline number.
    2. You can complete our online enquiry form and request that a member of our team gives you a call back at a time which is convenient for you.
    3. You can complete our 30-second test which will tell you immediately if you qualify to make a claim, and how much that claim might actually be worth.

    Next steps

Once you know that you could be eligible to make a claim for compensation we can put you in touch with one of our experienced and professional pedestrian accident lawyers.

They will then be able to discuss your case in more detail and explain the entire process to you.

All of our pedestrian accident lawyers operate on a strict no win, no fee basis which means that you will not have to pay a penny up front to get your claim started. You will also not have to pay anything should your claim be unsuccessful. However, our lawyers will work tirelessly to ensure that they do all they can to make your claim a success, winning you both financial compensation and justice for the injuries that you have sustained.

    The process

Once we have received your instructions our pedestrian accident lawyers will need access to your medical records. This is to provide further support for your injuries and will need to be forwarded on to the third party you believe was responsible for your accident.

They will then gather additional information and evidence, and arrange for you to see an independent medical expert who will assess your injuries and provide a report. This report will then be used to determine how much compensation you should be entitled to.

    Call us now on 0800 689 0500 from a landline phone or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile phone.
