"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Oakdale accident claim solicitors

Oakdale accident claim solicitors can be complicated but they needn’t be so difficult if you have a reliable guide to take you through every step of the way. That’s what Accident Advice Helpline can offer. Since the year 2000 when we first started up we’ve helped thousands of people get justice after a serious accident.

The purpose of our offering is to be a source of help and advice to our clients. We know how difficult it can be to find reliable information. Independent sources such as the Citizens Advice Bureau are giving out less information than used to be the case and many of the ‘law firms’ that advertise on the TV are nothing more than claims farmers who will sell your details on to other law firms.

    How we work

We decided that there had to be a different way and wanted to create a personal injury law firm that you could really trust to work in your best interests. That’s because everything we do is geared to your best interests. Our lawyers work hard to ensure that whatever happens you get the quality of service that you deserve.

This starts with our website which we’ve designed to be as informative and useful as we can make it. This is a great opportunity to spend time doing some research and finding out more about what you might be entitled to claim for, if you decide to take this case further.

We can also offer an early estimate of how much compensation we think you might receive thanks to our free 30-second test. We use this to assess your chances of winning and also show you how much these claims tend to be worth. Of course this is just a rough estimate and it’s not possible for us to be certain about how much compensation you will receive if you decide to claim compensation through us, but this is a good chance to set some early expectations.

    Paying for your claim

We are also honest and up front about how you can pay for any personal injury claim you make through us. We’ll tell you what our fees are, and we’ll also ensure that when you use our Oakdale accident claim solicitors, they will work on the basis of no-win, no-fee. This means that whatever happens you will only have to pay compensation if you are successful with your claim.

Other firms do something like this, but it’s not always possible to be certain how valid this is. Fees can be hidden and they may use no-win, no-fee to hike up the costs of successful claims.

    So if you’re looking for a reliable way to make a claim, give us a call on 0800 689 0500, or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile.
