People seek financial compensation for a variety of reasons. If you have received a personal injury as a result of a non-fault accident in Worcestershire then you might be entitled to make a compensation claim. To find out more you can speak to Accident Advice Helpline.
Accident Advice Helpline
Accident Advice Helpline is a law firm who, since 2000, has been helping people make Worcestershire compensation claims when they have sustained personal injuries through no fault of their own.
Our clients come from every conceivable walk of life but all have one thing in common – that their lives have been affected negatively by the actions of another person. As a result, they have been injured in accidents which they did not cause, and which, for the most part could have been prevented.
It is often due to the fact that the accident could have, and indeed should have, been prevented that many of our clients initially decide to make a Worcestershire compensation claim.
It is not about the compensation
For the vast majority of our clients, the amount of Worcestershire compensation they are likely to receive as a result of their accident and injury is irrelevant. No amount of money is ever really going to compensate you for any injuries you have sustained, no matter how minor they may be on the surface. Even injuries which heal on their own in a matter of days can be debilitating, painful and mean that you miss out on things you had been looking forward to being involved in.
For example, one client received whiplash following a car accident which was not his fault. At first he was not in any pain from his injuries, however, within three days he was in, what he described as, sheer agony. He was unable to move his neck, he had a headache which made it impossible for him to move at all and as such he was unable to get out of bed. Sadly, the fourth day after the accident was his daughter’s wedding and he was unable to walk her down the aisle.
Although his symptoms disappeared on their own, and he did not need any treatment, the effects of his accident and the injuries associated with it meant that our client missed out on one of the most important days of his life. He knew that no amount of compensation was ever going to change that, and rewind time, but he felt it was important that the drunk driver responsible for his accident be held accountable in some way.
Accident Advice Helpline’s solicitors were able to help him get the compensation that he was entitled to and the justice that he and his family so rightly deserved.
